Ingredients
- ¾ c walnuts
- ¼ c olive oil
- 1 ½ Tablespoons pomegranate molasses/yacon syrup for a low-carb version
- 1 teaspoon plain paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 3 green onions, chopped and divided
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except ½ of the green onions, salt, and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt & pepper and stir in remaining chopped onions for texture. Use immediately or transfer to small lidded container. Keeps for 1 week in the refrigerator.
