This is the EASIEST sauce to make ever, possibly. Honey Dijon lemon sauce was introduced to me as a marinade for chicken fingers, and it serves that purpose well. But it also serves as a dressing for salad, meat, and veggies, a sauce for dipping, and a genius addition to casseroles.

Ingredients
- ¼ c runny honey
- ¼ c Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk first three ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Use immediately or transfer to a small lidded jar. Keeps in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
