"Morning Magic" - Basic Blended Coffee with MCT

Pour YOURself a cup of ambition with this brain-awakening brew! Whether you use regular joe or decaf, this simple blended coffee will get you going and your inspiration flowing. NOTE - if you are new to MCT oil, start with 1 teaspoon and work your way up gradually to 1 Tablespoon. Not building up slowly may lead to a phenomenon known as "disaster pants". I am not going to explain, but DEFINITELY look it up! For added nutrition or to make this a longer-lasting hunger deterrent for intermittent fasting, try out one or all of the optional ingredients.
  • 16 oz/475 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon - Tablespoon MCT oil
  • 5 drops or 1 packet stevia/non-glycemic sweetener of your choice
  • Optional: 2 Tablespoons collagen hydrolysate - 11 grams of protein and a great addition for women who are practicing Intermittent Fasting or anybody looking for gut-healing properties
  • Optional: 1 - 2 Tablespoons of grassfed butter - an extra 11g of fat for longer-lasting satiety and a wonderful source of trace minerals
  • Optional: 1 raw, cage-free organic egg - 7g protein, 5g fat, and SO MANY AMAZING NUTRIENTS - but yes, it will make your coffee taste a little eggy, but super creamy and frothy
  1. Pour your coffee into a blender.
  2. Add the MCT oil, sweetener of your choice, and any of the optional ingredients.
  3. Place the lid on the top and blend at high speed until it looks creamy.
  4. Transfer to your favorite good-luck coffee cup and enjoy!
