This is a classic alternative pesto that makes an incredible crust on seafood!

Ingredients
- 1 c cilantro
- ½ c olive oil
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp yaco syrup or honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Use immediately or transfer to a small, lidded container. Will keep for 1 – 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
